Sad News: Dr. S.K.Duggal, Past President Expired

It is sad to inform that Dr. S.K.Duggal, Past President CMA expired on January 24, 2010. Dr. Duggal has been a multifaceted personality, who completed his tenure as Executive Director of PSIDC successfully and without any controversy and remained simultaneous President of CMA, Textile Association of India (PHC), and Astrological Society, and therefater President of Rotary Club. He obtained his PH.D. in Astrology from Cylon University and wrote highly acclaimed 4 books on astrology and one book on dream interpretation.

In which ever field Dr. Duggal took the responsibility, he took it with seriousness and earned respectability of all. He was one amongst us who have been attending CMA events regularly. Last night (Jan 23) during CMA foundation day function, Mrs. Duggal informed that Sh Duggal is unwell and that he will not be able to join the function. It is so sad that this morning (Jan 24) we hear about his expiry.

We pray for his soul to rest in peace. Our heart felt condolences to the bereaved family

    It is indeed sad news for all of us in CMA. I had close interaction with Mr. Duggal on numerous occasions and developed a deep regard for him as a thorough gentleman and a learned and competent professional. May God grant peace to the departed soul and strength to the family to bear the loss.

    Dear Mr vohra,
    Its realy a very sad news for me just found out through net . Although i was not recentley touch with him but i worked under his leadershp when he was my MD at punjab state handloom textile i had erected and comissioned one text unit with him. may god bless the family to have strength to bear this loss and may god rest his soul in peace please convey my condolence to his family although its very late
